These Terms explain the rules for using AIGI™, including Create + Verify, Upload + Verify, AIGI Gallery licensing, verification records, proof pages, QR codes, subscriptions, and verification credits.

Welcome to AIGI™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIGI™ platform, including image generation, image verification, gallery services, verification records, verification pages, QR verification services, and related features.
By accessing or using AIGI™, you agree to be bound by these Terms. AIGI™ is developed and operated by PageGravy, Inc.
AIGI™ provides services that may include Create + Verify AI Images, Upload + Verify Existing AI Images, AIGI Gallery access, verification records, verification IDs, public verification pages, QR code verification services, image licensing services, and related AI image tools.
AIGI™ is designed to help creators, businesses, publishers, and organizations create and manage verification records for AI-generated images.
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, keep login credentials confidential, and notify AIGI™ of unauthorized account access.
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
Users retain responsibility for all content submitted to AIGI™, including images, prompts, text, metadata, and verification requests.
By uploading content to AIGI™, you represent that you possess the legal right to upload, use, verify, publish, license, distribute, and otherwise use such content.
Users grant AIGI™ permission to store, process, display, and create verification records associated with submitted content for the purpose of operating the platform and providing verification services.
This permission allows AIGI™ to create proof pages, QR codes, verification IDs, and related platform records.
AIGI™ does not determine ownership of images. AIGI™ does not verify copyright ownership, trademark rights, authorship, or legal ownership.
AIGI™ does not provide legal proof of ownership and does not provide legal advice. Ownership and usage rights may be governed by applicable laws, agreements between parties, and the terms of any third-party AI platform used to generate an image.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess appropriate rights before uploading, verifying, publishing, licensing, or distributing any image.
Verification records are designed for transparency and documentation. They are not copyright registrations, trademark registrations, legal ownership determinations, or government certifications.
Images generated directly through AIGI™ may be used commercially, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Users may use generated images on websites, in advertising and marketing, in client projects, and in products that incorporate generated images.
Users may modify images generated through AIGI™. However, modification of a verified image invalidates the original verification status. Any modified image must be submitted for a new verification record to receive AIGI Verified™ status.
Users may upload images generated by third-party AI systems, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Flux, Stable Diffusion, and other AI image generators.
Users represent that they possess the legal right to upload and use submitted images. Users may not upload images they do not own, control, license, or otherwise have legal authority to use.
The restriction on unauthorized uploads applies whether an image was created by a person, an AI system, or another third party. AIGI™ is not responsible for determining whether a user has obtained the rights required to upload, verify, publish, or distribute an image.
Images offered through the AIGI Gallery are licensed, not sold. Gallery purchasers may use licensed gallery images on websites, in advertising, in marketing materials, in client projects, and for lawful commercial purposes.
Gallery purchasers may not modify purchased gallery images, resell purchased gallery images as stock art, redistribute original image files, or transfer gallery licenses without authorization.
Unless otherwise stated, all gallery licenses are non-transferable.
AIGI™ provides verification records based on information supplied by users and platform activity. Verification records are intended to provide transparency and documentation.
Verification records do not constitute copyright registration, trademark registration, legal certification, government approval, ownership determination, or legal proof of authorship.
Verification pages may be publicly accessible. QR verification records may also be publicly accessible.
Verification pages may include a verification ID, verification date, verification details, verification status, associated image, QR code, and related verification information.
Verification records remain online following subscription cancellation. Existing QR verification records may remain active, and existing verification pages may remain publicly accessible.
AIGI™ does not guarantee that any verification record will remain online indefinitely.
Subscription plans include a monthly allocation of verification credits. Verification credits are available during the applicable billing period and may be used for eligible AIGI™ services.
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over to future billing periods. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for refunds, cash, or other compensation.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the user.
Pricing may change at any time. Updated pricing will apply to future billing periods. Unless otherwise required by law, no refunds are provided for partially used billing periods, expired credits, or unused credits.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and disclosure requirements. AIGI™ does not guarantee compliance with AI disclosure laws, advertising laws, copyright laws, consumer protection laws, or any other legal requirements.
AIGI™ does not provide legal advice regarding copyright, ownership, licensing, disclosure requirements, or compliance obligations. Users should consult qualified legal counsel for legal questions.
Users may not upload unauthorized content, upload copyrighted material without rights, upload illegal content, commit fraud, create deceptive verification records, impersonate individuals or organizations, misrepresent ownership or rights, or interfere with platform operations.
Users may not use AIGI™ to create, verify, publish, or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
AIGI™ may remove content, revoke verification status, invalidate verification records, or suspend services if content violates these Terms.
Verification records may be marked with statuses such as Verification Revoked, Verification Invalidated, Verification Canceled, or Terms of Service Violation.
AIGI™ may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Reasons may include fraud, copyright violations, impersonation, deceptive practices, abuse of platform services, or other Terms violations.
Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice.
Verification history may remain publicly visible after enforcement actions. Associated verification records may remain online and may be marked as revoked, invalidated, canceled, or otherwise modified.
AIGI™, AIGI Verified™, associated logos, trademarks, verification systems, verification IDs, verification pages, QR verification systems, databases, software, and platform technology are owned by PageGravy, Inc.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of AIGI™ intellectual property to users.
If AIGI™ or PageGravy, Inc. is sold, merged, reorganized, or otherwise transferred, platform assets, verification records, accounts, and related services may be transferred to a successor organization.
AIGI™ may change platform features, modify services, update functionality, discontinue services, or change how verification records are displayed or managed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGI™, PageGravy, Inc., affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
AIGI™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
